Lidl are selling various Livarno Lux Smart bulbs & 2m LED light strips at the moment. I've bought some LED strips & ESS bulbs all of which have been found by the Hue app & are working well so far. That said, I've only switched them on/off, dimmed & played with colour changing so don't know if they are capable of all the other functions on the app but if that's all you need they are much cheaper than the Phillips bulbs.

The 2m LED strips cost £14.99, ESS bulbs £7.99 & GU10 £9.99. All are colour changing & dimmable.
