Important notice about personal messages (PMs)

I receive many personal messages and e-mails querying why personal messages have not been sent. Personal messages are not sent, they are collected: they will not leave your outbox until the addressee has logged on and collected it.

If it's important, I suggest you use the e-mail function and ensure your e-mail is up to date.

Please do NOT PM or e-mail me reporting problems with PMs.
