I've finally worked out the true meaning of Three Body Problem!

I wasn't sure after the first episode, but it became clear as the series progressed:

There are 3 cast members who can't act

The appearance of any of these three bodies destabilises the frame beyond comprehension.

Physics hasn't yet found a general solution, and neither have the producers.

Apart from that, it's enjoyable hokum, and clearly very expensively produced. It wisely tips its hat to Stanisław Lem, which regains it some points, before losing them all again when one of the three bodies gets their call.

This thread is proof that we're lucky to have TV this good to mock.
